Distillerie Stillerie was born from friendship before it became a distillery. What began as weekly gatherings around a fountain in Geneva, where three friends shared a passion for absinthe and discovered bottles from across the Val-de-Travers, gradually evolved into a project of creation. After years of experimentation, refining recipes, and learning from both successes and failures, the desire to produce their own absinthes naturally led them to establish their own distillery in Fleurier, at the heart of absinthe's historic birthplace.
Today, Stillerie stands among the most distinctive voices of contemporary Swiss absinthe. While deeply respectful of traditional distillation, the house embraces experimentation as a creative discipline, exploring new aromatic profiles, original recipes, and a visual identity unlike any other in the valley. Every spirit is conceived as a complete creation, where recipe, story, artwork, and craftsmanship form a coherent whole.
The distillery collaborates with independent artists, giving each product its own mythology and visual universe. Rather than relying on familiar imagery, Stillerie celebrates powerful fictional figures, folklore, and imagination, bringing a fresh artistic perspective to one of Switzerland's oldest spirits.
