These Absinthe Chocolate Sticks are a gourmet tribute to the Val-de-Travers, the historic homeland of the Green Fairy.
Crafted by Jacot chocolatiers, they combine fine chocolate with the distinctive aromatic character of absinthe, creating a refined and surprising confection. The recipe reflects the region’s heritage: before the legalization of absinthe, the sticks were originally prepared using a non-absinthe aperitif known as La Rincette.
Today, they contain genuine absinthe, allowing the chocolate to express the authentic botanical notes that define the valley’s most famous spirit.
