Crafted from emblematic regional botanicals, it preserves the aromatic richness associated with absinthe in a softer, more accessible expression, without the intensity of a traditional spirit.
At 4.5% ABV, this syrup reveals a floral and delicately anise-forward profile, balanced and refined. It can be enjoyed simply diluted with water, in light or non-alcoholic cocktails, and integrates perfectly into desserts and gourmet creations, bringing an original botanical touch.

Created by Kübler and crafted at the Blackmint distillery in Môtiers, this syrup was born of a dialogue with the Maison de l’Absinthe. A central figure in the contemporary revival of Swiss absinthe, Kübler translates his botanical expertise here into an almost non-alcoholic form faithful to the vegetal identity of the absinthe.
