Sirop Menthe Blackmint

Blackmint Peppermint Syrup – 75 cl is a traditional alcohol-free syrup produced according to a recipe dating back to 1935. Crafted from peppermint grown in the Val-de-Travers, it reflects a long-standing local tradition of botanical extraction.

The peppermint is harvested in early autumn and distilled to obtain its essential oil, which is then blended with pure sugar and water to create a vibrant and refreshing syrup. The result is an intensely aromatic profile marked by the natural freshness of peppermint.

 Blackmint can be enjoyed simply diluted with fresh water, added to sparkling water, or used to bring a cooling herbal note to cocktails, desserts, and culinary creations. Shelf life: approximately 4 months.
